Thank You to EVERYONE who was kind enough to purchase decks of Lost in the Shuffle cards while I had them available on this site! I have, however, now discontinued online sales. Sorry if this leaves you out in the cold, but I need to move on to other things now and tending to the occasional sale is just too distracting. Yes, I’m a big meanie.

In the Fall of 2015, several dozen brave and wonderful volunteers trekked to my Creepy Basement™ to take part in the Lost in the Shuffle project. Each of them had been matched to one playing card, and one-by-one I captured their gorgeous photons and transmorgified them into a card-worthy image. Some arrived with a fully thought-out awesome idea they wanted to execute, others arrived open to whatever we could improv on the spot. I was never disappointed.
This was actually two projects in one. The main project used the cards in a large-scale installation at the 2016 Seattle Erotic Art Festival (SEAF), and the second was to create actual decks of playing cards.

Lost in the Shuffle was on display at SEAF, held April 22 through 24 at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. Here’s a photo!

iously, how could I not turn this into real decks of cards?
I created a very limited edition of signed and numbered decks of poker-sized cards that were given to all the participants plus were sold in the SEAF store during the festival. Sorry, the decks are no longer available for purchase.
