I really did not think I was going to do much underwater photography this summer. By late May I had only set one firm shooting date, but also had plans to have a few less-structured shoots over the coming months, none of which I expected to yield too many new galleries. It didn’t help that the first two of these shoots had to be cancelled due to freakishly unpleasant weather.
I’m not really sure what happened, but those thoughts of it turning out to be a lazy summer were so very wrong. By the time it was all over, I shot a total of 20 different models, which might be a new record. Oh sure, I could go back and count what happened in the previous years, but that would take effort.
As of right now I have most of those galleries posted for your viewing pleasure. There are just a couple more to finish up, and I hope to have those done within the next week or so. There’s rumor of a new large-scale project ramping up, so it’s time to put a lid on this summer frivolity and move back into the basement!
